Will this work with my tractor?
Is your tractor under 100hp? it's designed for compact and utility tractors in mind (Kubota BX, B, LX, L, MX, and M series, John Deere 1-5 series, Kioti CS, CK, NX, NS, TYM, Mahindra, Branson, you get the point). If you're not sure, its likely a yes. but feel free to send us your model and we'll confirm.
Who actually builds this kit?
We won't take credit we didn't earn. ITC brought the idea to life and spec'd every component, but we don't manufacture the kit ourselves. The rope is built by a rope manufacturer in Pennsylvania using all USA-sourced materials. The storage bag is built by a local small business using all USA-sourced materials. Both are made to our specifications.
Why 25 feet of rope?
We surveyed over 500 tractor owners before designing this. 25 ft was the clear winner - long enough to reach a solid anchor point, short enough to coil and stash on the tractor without becoming a mess.
Are these in stock?
We keep these in stock on our shelf, in the case that we run out the website will move to a backordered status and allow you to pre-order from the next incoming batch.
Since we do not build these in house, we order the components from our vendors and assemble the kits. We get 1 shipment per month from these vendors, if we run out you will be put on the pre-purchased list for next months shipment.
What if it's not in stock??
This is a first come first serve product. As order volumes increase, our stock levels will increase. If our website lists the item on backorder it can still be ordered and we will fulfill it when the next batch comes in. We get 1 shipment per month from each vendor and the product goes out the next business day.
Can I return this?
Absolutely, you can return this within our 30-day return window as long as the item is unused. Return shipping is on you - pay it directly, or have us cover it and deduct from the refund.
