He shows pulling the front tire for solenoid access, checking the dash PTO signal, testing voltage and magnetic pull at the solenoid, locating the fuse box, and freeing a stuck plunger with WD-40. His own fix was a loose connector. Useful for owners troubleshooting PTO electrical faults themselves.
