This is a personal property-cleanup project, not a tractor review: an owner uses a Kubota L4060 with a grapple attachment to demolish and fill in an old house foundation over several sessions, pulling out copper wiring, a boiler, water heater, stove, trees, and rubble, then grading the site. It shows real grapple work (sorting debris, pushing boulders below grade) but nothing about the tractor's specs or buying decision.
