Massey Ferguson 35 or 835 DET Brake Drum Removal, Checking Brake Condition, Axle Removal
Overview
This is a slow, unpolished hands-on teardown of one rear wheel: pulling the wheel and drum, inspecting badly rusted, thin brake shoes and seized adjusters, removing brake shoes and springs, then drawing the rear axle to find broken shims, a leaking inner seal, and a worn pivot bushing. It shows real problems and improvised methods (WD-40, air hammer) rather than a clean how-to, best for owners tackling a similarly neglected 35/835 brake and axle job.
Posted by the Wilko channel (video titled 'Destructive Project'), an owner working through a rusty, neglected tractor on their own, not a dealer or professional shop.
