Compact Tractor Headlight LED Conversion - Mahindra Max 26 XLT - Man These Things Are Bright!!
Overview
This is a narrow DIY how-to, not a general tractor review: an owner swaps the stock H3 halogen headlight bulbs on a Mahindra Max 26XLT for aftermarket LED bulbs (about $34) because the roof-mounted light bar attracted bugs in summer. It walks through cutting the factory harness connector, butt-splicing and heat-shrinking the new bulbs, and reinstalling around the loader, roughly 30-60 minutes of work. Best for owners specifically wanting brighter, lower-draw headlights and comfortable doing basic wiring splices.
