International 1086 Moving Wheels w Harbor Freight tools.

This is a DIY wheel-widening job on an owner's International 1086, not a review or buyer's walkaround. It covers jacking/stabilizing the tractor with a 20-ton jack and stands, releasing the wedge-lock hub clamps, moving rims out roughly 2.5 inches per side using PB Blaster and both 7/8-inch and 12-point sockets, and torquing bolts to 400 foot-pounds. Best for current 1086 owners doing the same modification themselves.
