This is a compilation of real backhoe work on a Matco 260B attached to a 2020/2021 John Deere 2025R, not a spec review or dealer walkaround. The owner digs out dead tree stumps, pries out a large buried rock, and sorts landscape rocks with a grapple, narrating what the curl, extend, and crowd functions can and can't do. Good for buyers curious how this backhoe actually performs on stump and rock removal in real yard conditions.
