Splitting Kubota Tractor for NO REASON... Dual Clutch Adjustment! DIY
Overview
This is a full hands-on split-and-repair video on an L2650 with an abrupt-engaging dual clutch. The owner shows the manual's clutch adjustment spec, then splits the tractor anyway to pull the transmission, inspect the clutch discs, clean and grease the throw-out bearing, fix a loose shuttle shift linkage, and adjust all three clutch bolts to 1mm clearance with a feeler gauge before reassembly. Best for owners troubleshooting clutch engagement or shift-lever slop themselves.
An owner-operator DIYing repairs on his own recently-acquired Kubota and candidly admitting mistakes made along the way.
