Kubota L48 Hydrostatic not starting, with a stuck shift lever. Work-around to unstick the lever

This is a narrow troubleshooting fix, not a general review: the owner's Kubota L48 got stuck with the gear shift lever jammed in high and wouldn't start or return to neutral. He walks through the actual fix, pulling the stop solenoid partially loose and backing out the neutral sense switch so the tractor reads neutral, allowing it to start and freeing the shifter. Useful specifically for L48 owners hitting this exact stuck-lever/no-start problem.
