Bleeding fuel system on a 4520 JD tractor

This is a real-world fix after an owner ran his 4520 hydro out of diesel on the job. It walks through draining water from the fuel/water separator, opening the bleed knob, and hand-pumping the plunger to purge air, with the owner counting pumps and showing diesel flowing until the engine restarts on the third attempt. Useful for 4520 owners facing the same no-start-after-empty-tank problem.
